Longarm Quilting Pricing

 Here's an idea of how the pricing works:

For example, 80” x 100” quilt is 80 multiplied by 100 = 8000 square inches. For E2E at .03 cents per square inch, 8000 x .03 = $224.00. Any additional requests are extra (i.e. binding, backing, batting, etc).

Your deposit will hold your placement on the schedule and is not refundable after quilting has begun.

Custom Edge to Edge (E2E)

This is a great option for those quilts you think will be used often and you want well-loved.

It’s an open design that is hand-guided (no computer). This can be stippling, leaves, swirls, feathers, swirled feathers, straight lines, wavy lines, etc.

Please let me know the density you prefer.

Block to Block (B2B) Light Custom with Ruler Work

Great for when you want a little more attention to the detail you have already put into your quilt top.

One block-specific design plus one border design.

$.04 / Per square inch

Block to Block (B2B) Medium Custom with Ruler Work

Use this when you want more than a LITTLE attention for all your hard work!

Two block-specific designs plus separate designs for multiple borders, sashings, and/or cornerstones.

$.05 / Per square Inch

Block to Block (B2B) Heavy Custom with Ruler Work

Applique/Scenic Specialized with Ruler Work

This is when you want all your hard-fought details are brought to life!

More than two block-specific designs plus multiple border, sashing, and cornerstone designs.

$.06 / Per square Inch

These are the special effects you’ve always wanted!

Works well for applique or specific pieced work that requires very special attention.  Echo quilting, cross-hatching, single or multiple scenic characters or motifs, etc. Even an entire background of scenery.

$.10 / Per square Inch

  • I’m happy to trim and square your quilt after quilting - please let me know if you would like me to do this for you.

  • I’m happy to bind your quilt.

    • Stitching to front and MACHINE stitch to back, straight edges - $20

    • Stitch to front, HAND stitch to back, straight edges - $50

    • Stitch to front, MACHINE stitch to back, wavy or scalloped edge -$100

    • Stitch to front, HAND stitch to back, wavy or scalloped edge - $175

  • Thread charge is a $16.00 flat fee.

  • Backing must be pieced (if not wide backing) and square.

  • Please remember that tucks or puckered piecing cannot be quilted out. I can work with some fullness in the border. I'm not afraid to let you know if I cannot do your project.

  • I will give your quilt top the love and care it deserves and if I cannot I will send it back to you with regret.

  • This is a non-smoking environment. We do have a pet dog.

  • Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the design. Please remember there is often a wait time. When your quilt arrives you will be placed in our queue. When your quilt comes to the top of the queue your turnaround time begins.

  • King and Queen quilts will take longer.

  • There are discounts for returning customers.

    • Your 2nd to 5th quilt with me will receive 10% off

    • Your 6th to 9th quilt will receive 15% off

    • Your 10th quilt and more will have a standing 20% off

  • OR Discounts for multiple quilts.

    • 2 - 4 Quilts at one time - 10% off

    • 5 - 8 Quilts at one time - 15% off

    • 9 - 12 Quilts at one time or more - 20% off
