REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We make every effort to stay in contact during the design process.  Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your product before it leaves our shop.  Staying up with email will ensure you receive an item you can be grateful to own.

REFUNDS

Should you decide you do not want our services, please request a refund within 24 hours of making your down payment.  After 24 hours deposits are not refundable in that materials will already be purchased.  We will be happy to ship your materials to you after they arrive.  Deposits are not refundable after work has begun on your project regarding any service you may have purchased

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its appropriate packaging and mail your return to the following address:
