There’s a long story with this quilt. I made this one for my Dad. I put it together while he was recovering from open-heart surgery. Unfortunately, it didn’t get finished before he moved out of our home state of Alaska. Living in Hawaii wasn’t conducive to a flannel-backed quilt with batting. He passed away in Hawaii and I gifted the quilt to a nephew. To me, it will always be Dad’s quilt. All the quilting is done on a domestic machine.
