Flight of Dreams Quilt Pattern Testers

THE FLIGHT OF DREAMS QUILT PATTERN IS HERE

Isn’t this so exciting!?! My fourth pattern is out and rolling around the world! I can barely believe I released four patterns in three months. It always seems like a stunning thing when a dream comes to fruition, and since writing patterns nearly full-time has been a dream of mine for a while, then I’m definitely stunned.

As you can see, I released this pattern with and without panels and in two sizes. Panels seem like the thing these days, and I love incorporating them into my patterns. They are so pretty and detailed that they’re difficult to pass up!

But this post isn’t about me! It's about the testers, so read on to see their beautiful works of art!

Don’t forget to check this post's end for more fun stuff!

Jacqie Kemberling created a great red, white, and blue quilt in a throw size. Jacqie is a fairly new tester, but definitely not a new quilter. Her quilt is simply gorgeous!

Next up is Jessica Wilkie! I have yet to be unimpressed by Jessica’s work! Her fabric selections and layout are so unique. Is this Full size quilt with panels beautiful or what?

Take a look at the work of Kate Gariepy. Kate started testing with us on this pattern and I’m so glad she did. She created the throw size of this pattern with lovely purple and lavender fabrics. I’m wholly amazed at the beauty!

Lisa Giesfeldt is next on my list! Her combination of shades of blue along with yellow, teal and red are stunning. I’m in awe of the beauty this throw size quilt makes with these fabrics.

Lucinda Peterson created a bold and beautiful red, white, and blue throw size quilt. Her bold colors really set the whole design blazing with patriotism! Such great fabric choices that brings out every detail of the design.

Rachel Fields struck again with fabric choices I hadn’t thought of. She went with this amazing safari collection that bursts the full-size design into wowing full color! I mean, just WOW!

Rekha Wadhwani is another new tester and claimed she was new to sewing as well. Her talent shown through with her fabric choices of purples and white accented with black flying geese. Beautifully done!

Sherri Warner hit another one out of the park with lavender and purple throw size quilt. From the fussy cut bears paw block centers to the simply gorgeous borders, she hit a sweet spot in my heart! Love, love, love it!

Once again, amazing quilt testers! I am in awe of these beautiful quilts. And look at how different the design looks with each tester’s fabric choices! WOW! Just WOW!

Now for the works in progress…

I’m planning some quilt kits and at least one more pattern this year! If you’ve seen my Instagram lately, you will have seen my poll for quilt kits. So, I thought I would also share it with you all. So far, #1 is in the lead, followed by #4. But I need more votes!

Please check out the images below. These are the patterns AND the fabric collections I’m considering. Please comment below or email me your choice of pattern/fabric combination.

Those who respond with a choice will be put on a list to receive 10% off the price of the kit when pre-orders are ready to start selling. Please share this with your friends. I don’t want to leave anyone out!

Don’t worry—if you’ve already voted, I've got you on a list for your discount!

Lastly, all patterns are on sale for the next week until August 8th, 2024. No coupon is needed! Just grab and go sew!

Thanks so much!

Carolyn
