Passions Quilt Pattern
We’re having sooo much fun!
Faith & Grace fabric collection by Benartex. Look for it in your local shops in summer 2026.
This pattern puts me at 9 patterns, my second so far in 2026!
I submitted this design to Benartex Fabrics…ooooo…somewhere near the fall of 2025. Then I received an email saying they had accepted the design for this collection. This collection….oh my….this collection of fabrics!. This is Faith & Grace by Nicole DeCampe.
But that wasn’t all! They emailed again in January saying they had a shop that wanted to use my pattern to kit for an event! And they wanted me to make a sample with the fabrics.
Who could say no?
I worked my tail off to finish writing the pattern and get it over to my editor (great tech editor by the way - Tiffany Horn of Village Bound Quilts - check out her shop villagebountquilts.com or on Instagram @villageboutquilts. I promise you’ll love it!)
To meet the deadline Benartex and the shop needed, I put out a call for testers willing to assemble a quilt in a week’s time.
I had so many ready and willing to work on this great quilt in such a short time! I am still overwhelmed with gratitude. My heart overflows.
The pattern, the testers, and the quilt are finished.
So, let’s give some attention to the testers!
Passions Pattern Testers
Cheri Bono has created an amazing version of this pattern. She needed to be creative and build on the center panel to get the size she needed for the pieced outer border. Lovely work, Cheri! Thank you!

Debbie Fletcher hit pay dirt with her panels of darlings. Aren’t they simply adorable? I don’t know where she finds the energy, but she’s done it again! Thank you, Debbie! Amazing work!

Karen Hupp went patriotic with her fabric selections. Isn’t this just beautiful? It is just perfect! Karen, what a great piece of work! Thank you!

Lu Peterson made such a gorgeous quilt that I offered to buy it. I love everything about it. It turned out a bit bigger with the border panels being larger, but hey, isn’t that part of the fun? Lu, thank you for an amazing quilt!

Rachel Fields went above and beyond! She was able to use her panel in a way that turned the quilt on its side. I love the creativity and talent that went into this quilt. You’re amazing, Rachel. Thank you!

Thanks so much!
